Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful time at this resort, appreciating its stunning beach and spacious areas. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to enhance our stay. However, a few things could use improvement, such as the inconsistency in room amenities and a need for more variety in snacks. Overall, it's a great deal for a short getaway.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were lovely with great views, and the beach was beautiful with soft white sand. However, the service left much to be desired; staff were friendly but often lacked the answers I needed. Additionally, the dining experience was hit or miss, with some good options but also bland vegetarian choices. Overall, it's not a 5-star experience, but if you're looking for a decent all-inclusive at a reasonable price, it could still meet your needs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is great, right next to the beach and very convenient. However, the dining experience was quite lacking, with limited options and often cold food. The rooms were decent, but there were issues with noise and maintenance. Overall, it’s not the luxurious experience I was hoping for, especially considering the price.
Our stay at the hotel had its highlights, like the recently renovated cleanliness and fantastic jerk chicken by the pool, but overall we felt disappointed. The dining experience was frustrating due to long wait times and an odd no-reservation policy at the restaurants. The service was average and the amenities lacked sufficient maintenance, leaving us wanting more from a supposedly upscale destination.
