I had a wonderful time at this resort, appreciating its stunning beach and spacious areas. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to enhance our stay. However, a few things could use improvement, such as the inconsistency in room amenities and a need for more variety in snacks. Overall, it's a great deal for a short getaway.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were simple yet comfortable, with an amazing view from the 8th floor, but I did notice some issues with mold and the lack of blackout curtains.
Service
8.0
The service was mostly excellent, with staff eager to please and accommodating, though a couple of encounters felt a bit off due to the heat.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right on a stunning beach with easy access to nearby attractions, including the famous Atlantis resort.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were plentiful and varied, although the snacks could be fresher, and I encountered some cold fries.
Facilities
8.0
The resort had great facilities with ample beach chairs and well-kept pools; the beach area was particularly impressive.

6.8/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were lovely with great views, and the beach was beautiful with soft white sand. However, the service left much to be desired; staff were friendly but often lacked the answers I needed. Additionally, the dining experience was hit or miss, with some good options but also bland vegetarian choices. Overall, it's not a 5-star experience, but if you're looking for a decent all-inclusive at a reasonable price, it could still meet your needs.

Rooms
8.0
The room was great with a fantastic view, though the safe had issues initially.
Service
6.0
The staff were warm but often lacked information when asked specific questions.
Location
7.0
The location was convenient, right next to the beach, although the area was quite crowded.
Dining
6.0
Food was decent overall, but there were some uninspired vegetarian options and long waits for restaurants.
Facilities
7.0
The beach was nice, but the pool activities were often too loud for relaxation.

6.6/10

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location is great, right next to the beach and very convenient. However, the dining experience was quite lacking, with limited options and often cold food. The rooms were decent, but there were issues with noise and maintenance. Overall, it’s not the luxurious experience I was hoping for, especially considering the price.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms had a musky smell and required some airing out. However, the view from my room was stunning, and I appreciated having a good view on the east side of the hotel.
Service
7.0
The service was hit or miss. While some staff were friendly and helped when dealing with issues, it often felt like I had to chase them down to resolve simple problems.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, right next to the Atlantis, which made it easy to explore other options nearby.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were quite limited and the food was often cold, which was disappointing. I tried multiple places, but only a few stood out as decent.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities, while decent, felt more like a standard hotel than a resort. The pool area was alright but could use some improvements.

5.4/10

Our stay at the hotel had its highlights, like the recently renovated cleanliness and fantastic jerk chicken by the pool, but overall we felt disappointed. The dining experience was frustrating due to long wait times and an odd no-reservation policy at the restaurants. The service was average and the amenities lacked sufficient maintenance, leaving us wanting more from a supposedly upscale destination.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were clean, but the setup was nothing special. Our ocean view suite had issues with the elevator and comfort, and the sheets weren't in great condition.
Service
5.0
Service was very average, with staff not particularly engaged or helpful. Tips seemed expected but appreciation was lacking.
Location
7.0
The hotel is conveniently located next to Atlantis, which is a bonus for dining and entertainment, but felt more like a large hotel than a true resort.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a major letdown, with cold food across the board and poor management of restaurant seating, leading to frustrating waits.
Facilities
5.0
The pool area needs maintenance, with tiles falling off, and the hot tub was often not up to temperature. Overall, amenities felt underwhelming.
